The newspaper measures 280 × 400 mm. The printable area is 250 × 370 mm. A design can only extend across two pages on the centre spread.

A newspaper must have at least 4 pages, and the total number of pages must always be a multiple of 4. You can order a newspaper with up to 72 pages as standard.

You can order from as little as 1 copy at Genscom. Both small and large print runs are possible.

Yes. Submit your design as a PDF file. If the dimensions are incorrect, we will resize the file where possible. If we cannot adjust it, we will contact you.

You can choose between 60 g/m² or 80 g/m² newsprint and 80 g/m² white paper. For magazines, 80 g/m² white paper and silk paper are available. Other paper types may be available upon request.

These marks are required for technical processing. They are placed in the unprinted margin and do not affect your design.

This notice is included on our newspapers by default. Would you prefer not to include it? Let us know in advance and we will remove it at no additional cost.

Yes. Names, text, images and other information can vary for each copy. Contact us in advance so we can discuss the personalisation requirements.

Yes. We can address each newspaper individually and send it directly to a different recipient, including recipients outside Belgium.

The address can be placed in a free area of the design. Please allow sufficient space and confirm the position with us in advance.

Within the European Union, parcels are generally delivered within 5 working days after the print date. Public holidays may cause delays.

Yes. Express shipments to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, the United Kingdom and Luxembourg are generally delivered within 3 working days after the print date. Public holidays may cause delays.

Yes. You can collect your order from Genscom at Louis Frarynlaan 77 in Antwerp during our opening hours. Please contact us in advance to confirm when your order will be ready.
